about me & Pearl Physical Therapy

I’ve spent my career helping people feel strong again—but I didn’t expect my own story to shift everything I thought I knew about healing.

I had a baby at 40 and entered perimenopause not long after.

That season taught me more about the body—and the kind of care women really need—than any textbook or certification ever could. I had pelvic symptoms, a partner who traveled often, and a schedule that didn’t leave much space for recovery.

That’s when I realized healing isn’t just about treating a pain point. It’s about treating the person.

That's exactly what I do at Pearl Physical Therapy.

Whether we’re working together in-person or virtually, I want you to feel seen, heard, and equipped to move forward.

With nearly 30 years in physical therapy, I bring a blend of orthopedic insight, pelvic health expertise, and lived experience to my work. I’ve treated professional athletes, weekend warriors, new moms, and women navigating the many shifts that come with midlife and menopause.

I’m a certified pelvic health therapist, speaker, menopause advocate—and yes, I ran a Spartan race at 50 because I believe strength has no age limit.

My approach is simple: Listen closely. Treat the whole body. Offer care that leads to lasting change. Let’s find the right next step—together. Book a free 15-minute discovery call to see if we’re a good fit, ask questions, or get pointed in the right direction.

Speaking up for better care—because women deserve more.

I’m currently booking select wellness events, corporate panels, professional trainings, and podcast interviews.

Advocacy is at the heart of everything I do. Whether I’m leading a community workshop, joining a panel, or speaking on a podcast, I’m committed to bringing clarity, compassion, and evidence-based insight to conversations about pelvic health, menopause, and whole-body healing.
